Privacy Notice

What we collect

When you fill in a form we collect what you type: usually your name, email, phone number (optional), college or organisation, city and your answers. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Why we collect it

Only to run LexTalks: to confirm your registration, send event reminders, contact you about membership, volunteering or your chapter application, and reply to messages. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside LexTalks, including other Samvega initiatives. We may share an attendee list with a host venue or partner college for entry, and we will tell you if so.

Where it is stored

Form responses are stored in a Google Sheet that only the LexTalks organising team can access, and copies are sent to our team email.

How long we keep it

Event registrations are kept for up to one year after the event. Membership details are kept while you remain a member.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@lextalks.org. We will act on your request within 30 days.
